This program has been great! Super challenging, but wonderful at the same time. I lost a total of 8.5 lbs during the whole process. Much more than I expected:) There is a lot of wisdom here that I plan to incorporate into my daily life, and hopefully as I add foods back in I can identify the best fuel for my body. I am so glad I did this program. To be honest, I was very nervous to do it, in fact I cried the night before starting it because of the fear of changing the way I was used to eating. The key for me was preparing beforehand. Going shopping to have the food I needed, and just preparing mentally and deciding to give it my best. I am so glad I did. I never found myself hungry, I lost about 8 pounds, and I feel more "in touch" with my body, if that makes sense. Thanks so much for this opportunity. I have learned so much through this, and I feel great.
